Megan was an absolute delight to work with! From the initial phone call to discuss our needs before signing with her, to following up after the wedding she was so caring, friendly, and professional. She helped to make sure that all the details with our vendors were accurate and organized, and helped to keep us on track with our DIY projects and decor sourcing. When it came to the day of coordination she was there from the very start of the day setting up, until the very end of the night. She was able to precisely follow through on specific details that were important to us, but also didn’t hesitate taking initiative on any of the details he didn’t have an answer for. She was able to handle everything exactly as I envisioned even though I wasn’t there during setup. She was very attentive all night to all of ours and our guests’ needs. Several of our friends and family have commented on how wonderful she was.

She was amazing to take what I consider such a large project and steer everyone where they needed to be to prepare/decorate the venue. She was encouraging and positive for everything as it came. She was amazing to make executive decisions where needed but do everything in her power to create the exact day the bride and groom wanted. Throughout the night she regularly checked in with family and took such good care of the bride and groom. She got them food, drinks, anything they needed to have all their needs met throughout the weeding/ceremony. She was there to the very end of the night and was so amazing to work with.

Megan was hard working and very professional throughout the whole process. Our vision was a simple backyard reception. The weather was not ideal leading up to the big day which meant we could only set up basic before hand. This made for quite a bit more planning and hard-work for Megan to get everything ready the day of the wedding. Luckily the weather was perfect that day! We are so grateful for all Megan did to make my daughter’s evening reception run smoothly! Best of all, as the mother of the bride, I could just relax and enjoy the evening.
